Particleboard is made of wood chips and, is the wood-based panel that made from glue, heat and pressure. The interior is staggered structure of wood chips. Because of retaining the essence of natural wood, it has good nail-holding, small tortuosity, perfect size and stability, high strength and good stiffness, even heavy clothes will not lead to bend, its load-bearing performance is better than MDF. Glue content is generally less than 5% and is good for environment. Both sides use green Melamine film with short cycle hot press, can meet the basic requirements in wear and hardness and no need to paint again.
