Equipment Introduction

KGCL medium frequency series power supply can realize single power supply, double power supply and multi-power supply configuration. One set of medium frequency power supply can work with two furnaces in the same time. The total power of IM power supply can be distributed or changeover between two furnaces through adjusting power knob or digital display so as to realize one furnace is for melting, the other is for thermal insulation and realize one-time pouring for casting big part or continuously supply iron liquid to production line. It offers non-stop melting and refining production mode and remarkably improve productivity and save energy.

Adopting full-wave rectifier power supply series, the rectifier is always in a state of full open (equivalent to a diode A rectifier) in the whole working process. It does not produce higher harmonic, basically no pollution to power network, does not affect the operation of substation reactive power compensation capacitor. It meets international harmonic current and voltage allowable value standard! Compared with common parallel inverter, power energy saves about 20% (electricity consumption of 1 ton liquid iron is about 530kwh/T.

STEEL SHELL FURNACE

EQUIPMENT INTRODUCTION

Adopting the hydraulic inclining device for pouring out, the furnace body is made of high quality steel structure by welding. It is safe, solid and durable. The sensor is enclosed with a magnetic yoke, coverage area is over 65%, saving energy by 5% more than aluminum shell body furnace because of small magnetic leakage and high heat efficiency. Anti-leakage furnace and alarm device are available for option which can ensure furnace is in safety production status. Dust suction cover and ring type dust suction device are designed to meet requirement on environment protection control. User can select one of them on-demand.
