The frame of the mesh plate ladder grille is an integral cuboid rigid structure assembled and welded by stainless steel plate and section steel. A water inlet hole is opened at the water-facing end of the lower part of the frame, guide rails are arranged on the front and rear walls of the frame, and an internal slag collecting groove is also arranged on the upper part of the frame, which extends to the outside of the machine. The rack is installed in the grid well, and the gap between the two sides of the rack and the grid well is the channel for the filtered water from the grid. Diversion baffles are arranged on both sides of the water-facing end of the rack, which can prevent floating garbage from passing through while diverting.
