Magnetic pipeline cleaner

It is made up of steel main body, electronic launcher, polyvinyl fluoride resin( rubber) bushing and magnetic brush. It is suitable for removing iron debris, weld rod butts, etc. The magnetic brush is arranged in proximiy of the pipe wall as per magnetic flux leakage principle to allow the cleaner to have varied flexibility when passing bent pipe and variable diameters. In order to achieve the optimal effect of cleaning, it is recommended that a dual-base pipeline cleaner (two cleaners connected though a universal coupling) be used. The rubber bushing and straight plate may be specifically configured according to requirment such as distance.
