The project site is located in Vissai international port of middle Nghe An province ,Vietnam . This system is composed of 4 sets of conveying mechanisms in total , overall length is 5300m, belt width : 1.6m, conveying capacity: for cement and clinker 1500-3000t/h ; belt width 1.2m ;conveying capacity: for coal 1000t/h . Conveyor is equipped with 355kw , 110kw , 315kw permanent magnetic motor .

This conveying system mainly apply to transport the cement and clinker of Blue River Cement Plant to Vissai international port , then transport the imported coal from Vissai international port to the freight yard of Blue River . This project is our company’s EPC project , all completed by LIBO Heavy Industry from surveying , designing , manufacturing , shipment , installation and commissioning . It totally took 15 months from shipment to complete heavy-load acceptance for the project , plus the owner’s general manager speak highly of our equipment quality as well as high efficiency service , consolidate LIBO Heavy Industry’s important position in the international market .
