Long bag off-line pulse duster is mainly composed of box body, ash hopper, air equalizer pipe, air outlet pipe, bracket, filter bag, spray device and ash discharging device. It adopts thin plate lifting valve to realize three states of off-line, advanced ash cleaning technology and reliable operation.

It is a large dust removal equipment with large air volume, good dust removal efficiency, reliable operation, convenient maintenance and small area. Widely used in metallurgy, building materials, power, chemical, carbon black, asphalt concrete mixing, boiler and other industries of dust control and material recovery.

The dust air enters the ash hopper of each chamber from the inlet and average flow tube of the dust remover, and under the guidance of the flow guide device of the ash hopper, the dust of large particles is separated and directly falls into the ash hopper, while the fine dust is absorbed on the outer surface of the filter bag, the clean air permeable filter bag enters the upper box body, and is discharged into the atmosphere through each off-line width and exhaust pipe. As you progress through the filter, filter bag dust pile up, when the equipment to limit the resistance value of resistance, controlled by the ash removal device by the differential value or soot cleaning time value after a room offline valve automatically shut down, according to the set procedures open electric pulse valve, to stop the wind blowing, make the tension inside the filter pocket, to shake off the dust on the filter bag into the hopper, discharge from row of institutions.
