Stirring tank is the necessary equipment for pulp preparation in beneficiation and smelting process. It is composed of motor, reducer, bearing bracket, transmission shaft, stirring shaft, impeller and other components. The upper end of the shaft is equipped with a reducer, which is directly driven by a motor or a belt, and the lower part of the shaft is equipped with an axial-flow impeller, which rotates to stir the pulp to make the pulp meet the process requirements.

LJB type jacking agitator is a new generation of high-efficiency and energy-saving agitator carefully designed by our company according to the characteristics of agitating tanks in my country's smelting industry and absorbing the advanced technology of similar products at home and abroad. The LJB type top-entry agitator is designed by professional fluid engineers. Through a large number of tests and continuous improvement, the maximum flow rate per unit power is produced. During the development, computer design aided software is used to design, so that the design of the agitator's wings, The shape, size, curvature and angle of the blades are designed harmoniously to optimize the flow, minimize the drag, and achieve the best energy saving and high efficiency.
