We, Calkons Groups LLC, acting as the Seller are herewith submitting our Full Corporate Offer for the supply of Lithium concentrates under the following terms and conditions:

Products: 1 . Amblygonite

Packing: in bags of 1 MT each

Origin: East Africa, Tanzania and Rwanda

• 100 MT trial shipment on each product, to be delivered within 21 working days after signing the sale & purchase agreement.

• The Lithium (Amblygonite) concentrate committed is 2000 MT and shall be delivered every 30 days in accordance with the delivery schedule which is to be agreed between the Seller and the Buyer.

• The Lithium (Lepidolite) concentrate committed is 2000 MT and shall be delivered every 30 days in accordance with the delivery schedule which is to be agreed between the Seller and the Buyer.

• The Lithium (Spodumene) concentrate committed is 2000 MT and shall be delivered every 30 days in accordance with the delivery schedule which is to be agreed between the Seller and the Buyer.
