This line consists of bottle/jar feeding table,weighing filling machine,cap feeding machine,capping machine,labeling machine,etc.used for filling granules into bottle or jars.

1.This machine is an automatic metering and bottling production line for granule materials and has the functions of automatic metering and bottling.

2.Upon users request it can be equipped with the functions of weight checking, metal detection, sealing, screw capping, etc.

3.All the sections in contact with the material are made of stainless steel, the whole machine is controlled by PLC and features high precision and quick speed

4.Can choose linear weigher for uniform granules,like beans,rice,seeds,etc. And choose multihead weigher for irregular shape products,like snack food, candy,puff food, chocolate,etc.

Yes, we have designed and made some non-standard design packaging lines for customers, such as the screw weigher for ice cubes, which greatly reduces the problem of ice agglomeration We designed and developed bag edge folding & sealing and bottom flatting device on packing machine to make more beautiful bag shapes.We developed a high speed continuous packaging machine for increasing the packaging speed to 100bags per min.We developed a lifting screw metering machine to solve the dust problem in the ultra fine powder packaging process,etc.
