KV2012 is with the advantage of extremely high production resulted from the increasing spindle number.
It's possible to twist thinner filaments in one working process.
Here comes a special function: the machine is available for making both 2 ply and 3ply. There are 3 rows spindles for each side, and the innermost two rows controlled by a separated motor could be stopped by Simens Screen when making 2 ply only for less power consumption.
Main configuration from premium brands, e.g. Siemens touch screen & PLC, is to keep the machine running in a stable state and with a long service life.
