The color sorter is a process of screening the heterochromatic particles and impurities in the products by using CCD optical imaging. The granular products are arranged and shaped in the chute channel to form a single layer of uniform speed to slide out of the chute channel and fall into the CCD lens detection area. The main control system of color selection analyzes and discriminates the products according to the data collected by CCD lens. The defective products in the products are blown out by high frequency solenoid valve and enter into the defective products, leaving good products.
