Horizontal conveyors allow both flexible and rigid materials to be processed.

4. Modular high pressure lamination

The robust design of the Double belt press lines is ideal for products that require a lot of pressure and contact during lamination, but do not require full compaction heating and cooling during lamination. Starting with a 2500mm heating section, additional 1500mm heating, cooling and pressure sections can be added, advanced assembly concept. In addition, it can be used for extremely thin film materials up to 150 mm thick. Due to its heavy-duty construction and adaptability, it can be used in a wide range of applications and is ideal for the manufacture of rigid products and honeycomb panels for the composite, automotive and construction industries.

7. Compact Double Belt Laminators with Cooling Laminators

ThermoPress double belt press systems are a cost-effective way to create laminates with heating and cooling sections. The ThermoPress double belt press systems combine many design features with the advantages of larger equipment, such as zoned PID controlled heating and pneumatic pressure on a smaller scale. The system is designed for roll and panel lamination on two rolls. Using a mechanically adjusted tunnel will allow thicker material to be handled by manually setting the gap to a maximum distance of 25mm between belts.
