Product introduction

CDMC pulse dust collector is of high efficiency,stable running and reliable performance.It is widely used in metallurgy,mechanical,chemical,electricity and construction material industries.
Dust containing gas enters into the dust collector via the dust hopper. Big particles fall into the dust hopper after separated by inertia force. Dust containing gas is filtered in the filtering area of the dust collector middle box. Dust is retained on the outer surface of filter bags, while filtered gas enters the up box and is exhausted via the air outlet.
Dust accumulates with time, and resistance increases continuously,. When the resistance reaches up to a certain valve, the deashing device begins to work. The collected dust is discharged via the discharge pot of the dust hopper.

Principle:
1. Filteration
Dust containing gas enters the dust collector via the dust hopper inlet. big particles get separated by inertia force and fall to the dust hopper.
Dust containing gas is filtered in the filtering area of the dust collector middle box. Dust is retained on the outer surface of filter bags, while filtered gas enters the up box and is exhausted via the air outlet.
2. Dust collection
After filtration and deashing, retained dust fall to the dust hopper and then is charged by the discharge port of the dust hopper.
3. Deashing
Compressed air sprays at the filter bags by pulse valves at short intervals, filter bags swell immediately and viabrate. Dust retained on the outer surface of the filter bags fall to the dust hopper under the reverse airflow.
Dust accumulates with time so that resistance to dust collection increases.
When the resistance reaches up to a certain value, deashing device begains to work.
