Clinical Application:

Immunoglobulin E is a kind of allogeneic cell antibody with delta chain, and it is the main antibody involved in the regulation of pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis, allergic asthma and eczema. The allergen enters the body to induce the production of specific IgE, and IgE binds to mast cells and eosinophils, causing the body to enter a state of specific sensitization to the allergen. When the allergen comes into contact again, it binds to the IgE receptor on the cell membrane to cause a series of biochemical reactions, and then releases various bioactive mediators such as histamine that are related to allergic reactions and inflammation.
