Description

3112 is suitable for a wide range of fabrics, best for knitted fabrics such as cotton, viscose, polyester-cotton blend by exhaustion process. It imparts great smoothness, softness, fullness touch to fabrics. It increases resistance to yellowing, static, hard water, and washing of fabrics. 3112 also has good compatibility with fluorescent brightening agents and electrolytes. It performs better in jet dyeing machine.

Application methods

3112 is stable in alkali up to pH 12.0, so fabrics with alkaline active dye residue can be treated with this product.3112 should be diluted with water before use. After which, the pH of the working solution should be adjusted by acetic acid to 4.5-5.5 for best results.

Package and Storage:

200 kg in a plastic drum. Do not store below 0 ℃ or above 40 ℃ to avoid any irreversible quality issues. Test before use, if improperly stored.
