The tracked, fully hydraulic core drilling rig is a wireline coring rig that uses a fully hydraulic power head drilling method. The core drilled by the drill string is lifted out through the drill rod's inner hole by a winch, thus completing the geological drilling and core sampling work. It is mainly suitable for drilling solid mineral deposits, and can also be used for engineering geology, shallow oil, natural gas, and groundwater drilling. It can also be used for drilling in tunnel ventilation, drainage, and dam grouting projects. The drilling rig is fully hydraulically driven, with the power head rotation driven by an axial piston pump and a slant-shaft piston motor. It features two mechanical speeds with stepless speed regulation and an advanced structure. The power head uses a hydraulic cylinder chain speed-multiplying feed mechanism, ensuring smooth and reliable movement. It also includes a power head lateral translation mechanism, and the mast uses a hydraulic cylinder for raising and lowering, allowing for integral sliding. Drilling can be carried out within a range of 45-90°.
