Q: What’s the difference
between your product and other’s?
A: Good question. We have 17 years’
experience in this industry and a lot of famous
company like Walmart, Kroger, and CVS choose to
become our partners. The main reasons are not only
we are very strict about quality control, but we
also bring the customers and final users innovation
year by year. So if you ask why choose us, I will
say we are capable, reliable and innovative. Q: Do
you have any quality control system and how do you
fulfill it?
A: Firstly, we have been managing and
controlling our production and quality strictly
based on ISO 9001 for more than 15 years. We
implement TQM (total quality management) concept
for every one work in our company. Before the
production, we have IQC step. All the in-come
materials will be inspected based on AQL standard
or special standard requested by customers. During
the production, we have IPQC (input process quality
control). After production, we will test and
inspect the function for 100% finished products.
Before shipping, all the products will be inspected
based on AQL or customer’s standard. Please kindly

control introduction. Q: Is your company a factory
or a trading company. A: We are a leading factory
who have been designing and producing flashing
party favors, toys, solar decoration, garden and
storage for about 17 years. We are located in
Ningbo ZJ. Our building area is 23,000 square
meters. We have more than 300 workers, 18 assemble
lines, 36 injection machines, in-house tooling
workshop, testing lab and R&D center. We could
also provide sourcing service for our customers
because we have a purchasing team. Please contact

company. Q: What is your lead time? A: As you may
know that, we are manufacturer with our 36
injection machines and 18 assemble lines, our
annual capacity is 12,000,000 pcs light up items.
So we have the ability to control and adjust the
lead time based on the different customer requests.
The lead time for sample is within 5 days. Our
regular lead time for mass production is 45 days
after deposit receipt. Tooling making time is less
than 30days. Q: Is ODM service available? A: Yes,
R&D and innovation are our main competency. We
created many unique and new items together with our
customers every year. Sometimes, our customer just
give us an idea, then our team will finish the
function design, industrial design, structure,
tooling design and producing, testing, packaging
design, pre and mess production. As you may know
that, we have our own tooling workshop. So we can
control the tooling making time to match the
project. Q: How about your production capability?
We are a big company and cooperating with many
retailers, they will not accept any late delivery;
otherwise there will be some penalty. And I think
you are almost full for each month especially in
the peak season. If you can pass our factory audit,
we will place huge orders to you, but how to make
sure the lead time will make the customer
satisfied? A: During the past 5 years, our turnover
increased around 100%. Each year we have new
customers. To be honest, that is a big challenge
for us to adjust and increase production capability
between peak and weak seasons and satisfy different
customers’ lead time. But we can always finish the
production on time. That relies on our
high-efficient production management and
sophisticated assemble lines. Most of our customers
have work with us for more than 10 years. They will
send us an order forecast at the beginning each
year. Besides, if they have special orders with big
quantity, they will inform us advanced. So we
benefit a lot from the smooth communication with
our customers. We cannot prepare extra workers or
assemble lines to wait for new customers. But we
can have a good communication with customers and
make quick action and efficient management for the
