Question1:How about your design ability? Do you offer OEM and ODM service?

Answer: we have our own design department, we will design new products every year. What's more , we can design products as your requirements. OEM and ODM are all accept and we offer confidentiality agreement "business secret contract" for your design safe.

Question2:Can I place one small order for first time to test the quality?

Answer : Small order are also welcomed, and we offer free sample to test our products quality . We also make too many no logo products in stock for some newer suppliers to open the market.

Question3:How about your lead time?

Answer : For samples, it could be 3-5 days to prepare them. And for OEM mass production, it may take 7-20 days depending on your order qty and our production schedule. For ODM orders, please send us inquiry indicating your ideas and requirement so that we can talk in details.

Question4:Can you offer samples to check the quality.

Answer : Yes, we can provide the samples for test.

Question5:How about your packages? Can we put our logo or print on the packages?

Answer: Our regular packages are neutral blister packing without logos, OEM/ODM are welcome. For further details, please send us an inquiry.

Question6:What is your payment terms and how can I place an order?

Answer : We can receive payment via TT, Paypal, etc. For mass production, 30% deposit to confirm the order, and 70% payment to be paid after production finished. For samples, 100% payment to prepare the samples delivery.

Answer : We are professional factory in China, with R&D department, whole production line ,QC department, sales team and after-sales branches.
