HKE Spirits Maturation Accelerator
The aging process is vital to many styles of liquor as it gives
them the color and flavor we expect. The goal of maturation is to
remove harsh flavors from the raw alcohol while adding distinct
flavor characteristics found in the barrel’s wood, often made of
oak.
The normal process of making spirits requires the distiller to
age newly made spirits, Whisky, for example, typically 3 years in
oak barrels prior to bottling. Nevertheless, protracted
maturation cycles may cause a loss of time and money. Therefore,
more and more distillers are investing in new technology for
accelerating spirits aging process so that spirits may be placed
on the market more quickly. Nowadays, gamma irradiation,
ultrasonic waves, AC electric field, and micro-oxygenation are
the new techniques for spirits aging. Those technologies are
required professional knowledge and extra power.
New Technology for Enhancing Spirits Quality and
Accelerating Spirits Aging Process in few Days
Blasting spirits with HKE Spirits Maturation Accelerator has been
shown to speed up the aging process of spirits and accelerate the
formation of certain esters in few days that give spirits their
distinctive tastes. The main body and seamless coiled pipe of the
HKE Spirits Maturation Accelerator are made by stainless steel
316L, medical grad. The length of the seamless coiled pipe is 6
meters travel. Between the inner body and seamless coiled pipe
are full of HKE energy fluid. When the concentrated liquid from
the condenser is run through 6 meters coiled pipe, the
macromolecule cluster liquid will be cracked to a small molecule
cluster liquid. The smaller the liquid molecule cluster is, the
higher the hydrogen bond energy contained in the liquid molecule
will be.
How it Works
The energy fluid is made by rare elementary materials which contain basic elements, protons, and electrons. The energy of protons comes from the far-infrared emissivity of the sun, and the electrons are affected by the gravity of the earth's rotating magnetic field. After the two collide, they spontaneously rotate to generate resonance energy. The resonance energy can be considered as a kind of catalytic engine to accelerate the effect of aging. The ethanol will be acceleratedly free from congeners, making the spirits, liquor, or wine more aromatic, smoother, and aged taste.
Traditional and Nontraditional Maturation Techniques Can
Mutually Work
Traditional and nontraditional maturation techniques needn’t be
mutually exclusive. More and more distillers combine traditional
barrel aging with a variety of new techniques designed to
accelerate the maturation of the finished spirits. The newly made
spirits after HKE physical resonance can quickly have chemical
reactions such as isopropanol react with fatty acids to form
ester molecules, which impart many of the classic whisky flavors,
thanks to its high penetration and strong kinetic energy.
What are the Benefits?
- HKE technology is an accelerated physical maturation method. No
need to be powered, heated, condensed, gasified, or added to any
additives during the accelerated aging process.
- Accelerate aging time to revenues
- This aging process will continue even after bottling
- Thanks to low isobaric and strong penetration, the spirits
after HKE accelerated maturation technology will have a faster
metabolism and less hangover.
