YillumaxTM Vehicle License Plate Grade Reflective Sheeting VG8210 Series are designed for embossing vehicle license plate, embossing guide signages, embossed door number plate and other types of safety devices requiring high visibility, legibility, durability and embossing. It’s one kind of premium/utility/number plate embossing reflective, weatherproof, self-adhesive films with excellent corrosion and solvent resistance. The smooth surface allows a very good printability.

YillumaxTM Vehicle License Plate Grade reflective VG8210 series are typically an enclosed optical lens of high retro reflectivity micro spherical glass beads sheeting within a transparent resin that has a smooth, flat outer surface with easy operating release liner, manufactured with the technology of micro grade precision coating and can reflect backward incident lights. They are available in all license plate signing colors and are produced in rolls and sheets. Vehicle License Plate Grade Reflective Sheeting VG8210 Series should provide as long as 5 years of reflectivity and durability.

YillumaxTM Vehicle License Plate Reflective Sheeting VG8210 meet the minimum coefficient of retroreflection (RA) cd/fc/ft2(cd.lx-1.m-2) in DIN74069-2016-05 Table 2 and ISO7591-1982(E) Table 1 standard.
Application
* Safety area: vehicle license plate, car number plate, embossed guide signages, embossed door number plate etc.
* By embossing and coating with either transparent of opaque inks or hot stamping tapes to produce attractive high-quality license plates which enhance nighttime safety and the legibility of the vehicle ID system.

Cleaning
Signs that require cleaning should be flushed with water, then washed with a detergent solution and bristle brush or sponge. Avoid pressure that may damage the sign face. Flush with water following washing. Do not use solvents to clean signs.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry area and use within one year after date of receipt. Store rolls in original shipping carton or suspend horizontally from a rod or pipe through the core. Store sheets flat. Store color printed, pre-masked markings at a temperature below 29.5°C (85 °F). If stored above this temperature, blocking of the premask to the sheeting could occur.

Shelf Life
Unprinted sheet may be stored by the fabricator for a period of up to one year and after printing, markings may be stored for an additional period of up to six months. Sheeting and markings must be stored in a clean area, free from excessive moisture and direct sunlight, with ambient temperatures of 85 Fahrenheit (29.5°C) or less.
