Q1: Do you accept sample order of flake copper oxide for
exothermic solder powder?
A: Yes, we accept small order from 100g, and 1kg for your
evaluation quality of our goods.
Q2: Can I have my own customized product for different copper
content of flake CuO powder?
A: If we don't have the Oxygen content you need, yes, it is
generally possible for us to produce it. But, it usually requires
a minium of quantities ordered.
Q3: what is the package offlake copper oxide
powder?
A: Normally our package is 25kg bag, or barrel, also we can make
it a big bag per ton. if the quantity is small, we can make it
5kg bag.
Q4: What is the date of delivery?
A: If we have in stock, the delivery time is within 5 working
days. For the large quantity, we will calculate the delivery date
and confirm it into the proforma invoice.
Q5: How do you ship out the CuO?
A: Generally, we can ship your order through by sea if the
quantity is big. also we can send sample FedEx, TNT, DHL, EMS on
your account or repayment or the other logistic method. On the
other hand, we can send by air if you need.
Q6: What is your payment term?
A: We accept TT, Western Union and Paypal. L/C is only for above
50000 USD deal. No matter which payment method you choose, please
send us the bank receipt via email after you finished your
payment.
