 The screw and barrel of the extruder are all nitrided with 38CrMoALA, which has a long service life.
 The drive motor adopts frequency conversion control, with high speed regulation accuracy, wide range, low energy consumption and reliable operation.
Adopt infrared energy-saving heater, intelligent digital display automatic temperature controller to control temperature, high efficiency and low consumption.
Fully automated PLC control employs less people and is easy to operate.

 If changed the mould of this production line it can be used to make single wall corrugated pipe and prestressing force plastic corrugated pipe too, realize multiple use in one production line.
