Brief introduction

LZZG launches LX series screw sand washer, which belongs to sand washing machine. It is mainly used for sand cleaning. While it’s working, because of the large blade area, its handling capacity is about 2~3 times compared with the same size machine.

Working principle

The transmission shaft adopts a central structure, with spiral blades mounted on the shaft and driven by a motor reducer. Spiral sand washer must be tilted when it’s working, the lower part of the tank is surrounded by the triangular weir plate to form a sedimentation tank. Through the role of spiral blade sand will be sent up to realize the sand dehydration. The spray system is added in the dehydration process to double rinse the material. After rinsing, water is dehydratand again and the washed sand is discharged from the top of the spiral.
