High strength stress absorption adhesive is a new anti-crack adhesive product developed by our company for high-grade highway construction, "white to black" highway renovation and expansion project caused by water damage at the base level and pavement reflection cracks and other diseases. Its structure is mainly composed of high strength matrix and high polymer modified self-adhesive asphalt, the lower surface is covered with anti-adhesion isolation film, the upper surface is scattered with high strength basalt sand or adhesive high strength high temperature resistant polypropylene fiber cloth or glass fiber braided cloth.

Classification and specification 】

Step 1 Classify

1.1 Construction method is self-adhesive type;

1.2 According to the surface material is divided into sand surface (S), polypropylene fiber cloth (PP), glass fiber woven cloth (GF);

1.3 According to the applicable temperature, it is divided into three categories: low temperature type, cold type and cold type, which are respectively suitable for areas where the minimum temperature is not lower than -20℃, -30℃ and -40℃.

2. Specifications

Technical requirements 】

Step 1: Appearance

1.1 The high strength stress absorption tape should be tightly rolled, and the end face should not exceed 10mm in and out;

1.2 The upper and lower surfaces of the high-strength stress absorption paste should be smooth, without bubbles, cracks, void-holes and protrusions;

1.3 The high strength stress absorption paste should not crack or bond within the corresponding working temperature range;

1.4 The tire base should be soaked, and there should be no unimpregnated place;

1.5 The isolation film and the lower coating are well bonded without damage.

Construction method 】

1. Basic treatment:

1.1 Use broom, shovel, fan and other tools and equipment to clean up the oil, dust and protrusions on the surface of the base, and keep the base level, dry and clean.

1.2 Cracks with a width of 5-19mm should be cleaned and filled with sealing materials (seam glue, filling glue, etc.).

1.3 Crack (joint) and subsidence areas with a width of 19-50mm should be cleaned, filled with mortar, sealant or asphalt mixture and compacted to the original height of the base.

1.4 Cracks or pits with a width of more than 50mm shall be cleaned and then filled with cold repair mix or hot asphalt mixture and compacted to the original height of the base.

2. Lay the high-strength stress absorption tape according to the design width, prelay the absorption tape on the corresponding base, adjust the position, remove the isolation film on the lower surface from one end, and stick the absorption tape on the base, tear the isolation film while bonding the absorption tape and find the right position. The adhesive absorption tape should be compacting with a compacting tool.

3. When the base area is covered as a whole, it should be covered according to the flat shape and driving direction. And use lap paving, lap width: long side should be ≥80mm, short side should be ≥100mm, the short side of the two adjacent absorption tape should be staggered more than 1m. The lap part should be focused on compaction, and if necessary, gasoline burner or liquefied gas gun should be used for heating to ensure that the lap part is dense and does not leak water.

4. After passing the inspection and acceptance, the next process can be carried out to lay the road surface.

Note 】

1. Construction should be carried out under the conditions of ambient and base temperature greater than 10℃.

2. If the ambient and base temperature is lower than 10 ° C, it is recommended to use gasoline blowtorch or liquefied gas spray gun to heat the base and the anti-crack paste lower surface to ensure the adhesion. Should be flat, wrinkle-free, no warping edge.

3. After the absorption placement is completed and accepted, it should be closely combined with the construction of the upper layer to avoid water accumulation.

4. The base layer should be spread emulsified asphalt, and then lay high-strength stress absorption paste. In order to prevent the adhesion of emulsified asphalt to construction vehicles or pavers, fine gravel can be spread on the distributed emulsified asphalt to prevent adhesion.

5. The thickness of the asphalt mixture should be greater than 40mm.
