1. For vertical mill reducer in cement, thermal power industry and metallurgical wire and plate rolling miller;

2. Material: 17CrNiMo6, 18CrNiMo7-6, 20CrMnTi, 20CrMnMo, 42CrMo and so on.

3. Accuracy: Up to DIN5.

4. Surface Hardness: HRC58-62 or according to drawing.

5. Heat Treatment: Normalizing & Tempering, Carburizing & Quenching, Hardening & Tempering;

6. Outside diameter: 1630 mm ( can up to 3000mm); Gear shaft length: 2004 mm.

7. Machining Range: Outer diameter is less than 3000mm with unlimited modulus; One-piece machining for pinion shaft; Repair part for existing damage one or spare parts etc.
