 Direct-cooling block ice maker, also known as aluminium plate direct ice maker, is the most advanced ice making technology in the ice making industry at this stage. aluminium plate is hollow inside, directly through refrigerant, through refrigerant evaporation to exchange heat and cold directly with water. After a period of time, the water in the ice model is finally frozen to ice, the computer control system is converted to de-icing mode, which uses hot fluorine to de-icing,and the de-icing speed is fast.
