Shot blasting machine is used to process the material producing the counterweight block into a molten liquid and then pour it into the casting. After a series of cooling, solidification and cleaning, the corresponding casting size can be obtained

The manufacturing process uses the "V" method for casting. Our company has the "V" method for casting the main equipment: film heating device, forming machine, boxing machine and sand cooling system. As a special casting process, the castings have high dimensional accuracy and small weight tolerance, and are known as "green casting engineering".

The counterweight of this product is 160702-00534 and the weight is 1.414 tons. D25S-7 series is suitable for 2.5 tons forklift.
