Product Details

The wire mesh conveyor belt for normalizing furnace and the mesh belt annealing furnace have similar functions.

The difference is that the normalizing cooling rate is slightly faster than the annealing cooling rate, so the normalizing structure is finer than the annealing structure.

Its mechanical properties have also been improved. The temperature of the mesh belt normalizing furnace is about 700-900 degrees.

The mesh belt of 310S/314 can be used. The annealing temperature is about 500-600 degrees. The mesh belt of 304/321 can be used.

The mesh belt temperature of the quenching furnace is around 900-1120 degrees. The mesh belt is preferably made of 310S and SUS314. After the workpiece is quenched, it needs to be tempered.

The tempering temperature is around 350-650. A 304 mesh belt can be selected. Tempering is about 350-650 degrees and annealing is about 500-600 degrees.

Material selection is also dependent on processing conditions, but generally those shown below are selected for continuous conveying at elevated temperatures of 600 to 1150 deg C.

25/20 AISI 314 stainless steel, Ni-Cr 37/18, Ni-Cr 37/18 Cb, Ni-Cr 80-20, Inconel 600 & 601

High temperture belt can be used for sintering,brazing,hardening,firing,tempering,lehr...It is important to select the right belt type and material which can endure elevated temperature.

Many types of the furnace conveyor belts can be made with selvages which are either welded, ladder or knuckled, but also with reinforced selvages & guard edges and if drive chains are needed.

The belt has following types: EDGE SUPPORT ONES, STAND-OFF ONES,etc.

The wire mesh belts are widely used in carbon nitriding, continuous ovens for heat treatment, hardening, normalizing, sintering and brazing, solution heat-treatment
