CG-18275T Heat Resistant Acrylic Adhesive Glue for PET Holding Tape

Pressure Sensitive Adhesive: One-component PSA.

Application:

Used to produce PET holding tape, electronic tape, industrial removable tape, protective polyester film tape for holding, surface fixing and sealing.

CG-18275T has a good balance between three forces: tack, adhesion and cohesion. CG-18275T also has a higher molecular weight than general solvent-based acrylic adhesives, thus this adhesive is exceptionally excellent in weather resistance. It has an excellent performance at low temperature as well as high temperature. After the crosslinking reaction, it still has an exceptional performance.

CG-18275T has the following characteristics:

* One component can be coated directly

* Good ball tack and adhesion

* Fast sticking adhesive for quick and secure holding

* Temperature resistance, solvent resistance, and resistance to DOP migration

* Good heat resistance, retention of 180°C

* High transparency

* No residual glue and no "ghost marks" (on mirror-coated steel plate at 150°C × 30 minutes)

* Suitable for general industrial tapes, trademark stickers and PVC products
