HB series desulphurization slurry circulating pump is a new generation efficient desulphurization pump of our company, researched and developed based on HDT series slurry circulating pump and absorbed advanced technology of similar products at home and abroad. It is specially designed for China's flue gas desulfurization industry(such as limestone/gypsum/acetylene sludge wet desulphurization, double alkali desulfurization, circulating fluid bed desulfurization, seawater desulfurization, ammonia desulphurization and wet magnesium desulphurization). The pump maximum flow rate is up to 16000m勺h. The lift is generally less than 80m, covering all working conditions for pump using and suitable for all processes of large slurry circulating pump of desulfurize absorption tower. Hydraulic design adopts computer CADaided design and two-phase flow theory design. The impeller blades are 3D printed, with high pump efficiency, long service life and high operational reliability. The main materials: SW8 alloy (enterprise standard), SW9 alloy (enterprise standard), SWlO alloy (enterprise standard), the specific selection of materials shall be in accordance with the customer's industry media, and can also be produced in accordance with user requirements or provided material composition.
