Our nails are handmade & made to order, therefore order fulfillment is 7-14 days after sizing information is received.

Due to the nature of our products, refunds and exchanges are not honored for any press on, cuticle oils or nail care product orders.

Order cancellations are welcomed within 24hrs of ordering, but refunds are not available after.

All orders come with tracking info. Once an order is mailed, we are not responsible for lost or late arrival of packages.

We are not responsible for incorrect sizing, so please take your time when measuring your nails OR order a sizing kit for most accurate sizing.
