Reflective Material - Grey Reflective Fabric
EQ-H25-0310 Series is 
a novel reflective material formed by combining a
reflective layer formed of glass beads with polymer
materials such as PVC and PU by a special coating
process bonded to a durable 100% poly fabric
backing.

Series is designed for sewing on high visibility safety
clothing, protective workwear, casual wear, as well as
fashion clothing. 
Safety protection products made of reflective materials
can produce a strong reflective effect under the
irradiation of a certain light source, and provide the
most effective and reliable security for pedestrians or
night workers in the dark.



When properly used, YillumaxTM

Reflective Material - Grey Reflective Fabric
EQ-H25-0310
helps enhance the visibility of the wearer and reduce
risk of being struck by vehicles in nighttime or
low-light conditions when illuminated by a light source
such as headlights, by returning the light back toward
the original source and reaching the automobile
driver's eye.

Imaging Method: Images may be screen printed on the
surface of some our reflective fabrics. All printing
inks’ independent testing required to ensure acceptable
adhesion, wipe the surface lightly with a soft cloth
dampened with isopropyl alcohol may help in adhesion,
user assumes responsibility for fitness of inks
printing.

Application substrates: Substrates like polyester or
polyester mix products either woven or knitted light
and medium weight fabrics, stretchy fabrics (Such as
Lycra or fabric contain Lycra) not recommended, all
substrate materials should be chosen based on
suitability for intended use and laundry
properties.

*Home wash: 15 cycles@40°C, per ISO 6300

*Dry clean: 5 Cycles per ISO 3175

*Do not bleach

*Tumble dry low

*Medium iron 150°C

Cutting

YillumaxTM

Reflective Material - Reflective Fabric trim can be hand
cut, die-cut or guillotined.

Silk
Screen Printing

Due to the product construction, durable prints on glass
bead products are difficult to obtain.

Choice of ink will depend upon usage condition and care
procedure. User should make test applications and select
the appropriatecare instruction for the finished product to
ensure adequate adhesion of the ink. It is recommended to
test the ink adhesion onthe actual batch of YillumaxTM
Reflective Material - Retro Reflective Tape being used
before production.

Opaque silk screen printing inks will appear black and
transparent inks will reduce brightness when viewed as
retroreflected light under low light conditions.

Stitching

A double lockstitch with a max 5 stitches/cm is
recommended, for substrates up to 250 g/m2 needle size
NM80-90 is recommended, for substrates greater than 250
g/m2 a larger needle size would be required, a
TeflonTM

coated needle and pressure foot is recommended to enable a
smooth fabric transition, thread tension should be kept to
a minimum.
