The gravity casting machine consists of a frame mechanism, a tilting mechanism, an upper and lower ejection mechanism, a mold electric heating and mold temperature measurement and control system, and (optional) a cooling pipeline system (water cooling, air cooling).
The gravity casting machine is controlled by a common variable frequency motor (optional servo) to realize the tilting casting operation. The speed of each section during the tilting process is adjustable, and each section can be seamlessly connected and run smoothly when switching. The hydraulic system uses high-pressure and large-flow valves to reduce the hydraulic device and installation space. Each mechanism in the wave pressure circuit can realize independent action or linkage under the automatic program. A quick plug-in device needs to be designed for mold electric heating and mold temperature control.
