High quality Magnelis ZM310 coated used in silo production shows resistance to stress and corrosion. The galvanized coating standard of the specially produced sheets used in the production of our silos is 600gr / m². Galvanized coating rate varies according to customer requests. Eguski offers you various flat bottom steel silo options from 4.51 m to 31.60 m diameter, from 5 tons to 15000 tons.

The outer floor consists of a single piece of galvanized sheet, the inner floor consists of two doors placed one on top of the other. If the grain occupancy rate in the silo exceeds the entrance door on the side wall of the silo, the observation cover on the roof provides access to the wiper.

The temperature control system used in Eguski silos allows us to detect hot areas and insect activity, saving our customers the trouble of reloading grain conditions on the monitor. Egiski temperature control system consists of heat cables, temperature sensors placed inside the cables and measuring the temperature of the grain, and portable or fixed temperature monitors. There are special steel ropes in the heat cables that protect the cables against elongation. The heat control system is combined with the PLC to control the temperature of the grain in the silo, as well as the Pleura.
