Mellow Steels offers Hot Rolled Black Stainless Steel and Alloy Steel Round Bars for forging, upsetting, ring rolling applications. Ring rollers and forgers use this Stainless Steel and Alloy Steel Round bars to produce parts such as gears, bearings and valves.

Mellow Steels maintains consistent diameter along the full length of Stainless Steel and Alloy Steel Round bars which significantly improves the ability to cut parts to exacting weight controls. Stainless Steel and Alloy Steel Round bars have more hot work than cast ingots, which may allow for an increased height to diameter ratio when upset forging. Longer lengths Round Bars can significantly reduce material handling and increases productivity.

We supply two type of coil which is:

• Hot rolled (1B / NO.1)
• Cold Rolled (2B)
