Q: How about the warranty? What you will do if the product in problem during 1 or 2 years? If refund should i return the goods? A: The warranty of inverter is 2 years, battery is 5 years. During the warranty we offer you free replacements for parts, no need to send back to china. The warranty period has expired , we will offer support but you need to pay for the parts component cost. Q: How long the delivery time if i order? How soon can you send out the goods? A: Some of the inverters in stock, and to make new inverters take 1-2 weeks time, ODM OEM take 4-5 weeks time for customization. Q: What happen if i meet problem during instalation? Will you support and how? A: Yes that we are 24 hours online to help, pls contact us by email or other way should anything need help,no matter technical service or after sale service. Q: What certificates do you have for your products? Can you provide sample for testing? A: Sure, please kindly contact us and we will provide sample for you. Our products has passes RoHS, CE, FCC, UL, PSE, UN38.3 test, which is able to satisfy most country’s importing requirements. Q: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take?
