The inner heater adopt imported high quality material, It has the advantage of fast heating and not easy to damage. Ordinary steel pot ,304# or 316# stainless steel crucible are available for your selection. The SS crucible merits with good conductivity, well heat conservation and bearable performance.The mixer equips in the middle of the crucible for homogeneous mixing..It can move up and down and speed-adjustable.Temperature couple adopt Japan RKC brand. It can tell the temperature precisely with a temperature tolerance of +-5°C) and it is durable.

The furnace is mainly for tin based with lead /lead-free alloy melting .The main body consists of melting crucible, mixer system. Extraction hood and electrical control system.
Main body:The outer of furnace body adopt steel plate welding structure.The inside body of the furnace adopt stainless steel.
Mixer system: The system consist of motor .mixer, rabble and rabble axis. it is for better mix of the alloy liquid during the melting.
Extraction hood: It is fixed in the upper side of the furnace using for the waste gas-extraction
