This type of crane is a special gantry crane developed by our company according to the use requirements and process conditions of subway construction, combined with general-purpose gantry cranes. It is specially used for turning over mud and lifting segments during subway construction. The crane consists of a mast, a trolley (equipped with a lifting mechanism, a trolley running mechanism and a hydraulic turning mechanism), a cart running mechanism, a driver's cab and electrical equipment. According to the direction of pouring soil, the outrigger structure can be divided into A type and U type. The traveling mechanism of the trolley adopts the form of 8 wheels and 4 drives, and is equipped with a rail clamp for wind protection. When the crane is working normally, the clamp of the rail clamp leaves the track.
