1.Working Principle

Automated bags machines can be used individually in production or can dock with the boxer to complete the entire finishing process from centralization to dispersal to sequential placement of materials in an irregular pile up. After an irregularly packed material is poured into the bin, the bin transfer belt moves to deliver the material onto a low-speed roller. The equipment is sequentially delivered one by one into the care bag machines by the running of low -, medium -, and high-speed rollers. The material sent out is delivered into the boxer in the form or sequence required for packaging, depending on the form or stacking into which the boxed process of the next procedure is completed.

• Storage material, feed, rational bag integrated design, simple structure, compact and large in appearance;

• Configured delivery belt at the bottom of the bin to facilitate loading, while avoiding material carryover;

• Fully automatic alignment is achieved by servo control, the multi servo system achieves regular and orderly stacking of materials, and the process is stable and controllable;

• The whole process achieves dispersion, sequence, and stacking, and the process requires no manual intervention;

• Multiple modalities combined, can increase or decrease the number of pouches required depending on speed, and a single institution can similarly complete the finishing process;

• Multi servo system control, precision at high speed, convenient operation, and high automation;

• The body of the apparatus is made of 304 stainless steel and has a GMP compliant Plexiglas hood for process safety and hygiene;
