Alphonso mangoes, being the most premium among the varieties of mango contains a good source of vitamin A, B & C, fibre and antioxidants. The best quality mangoes with appropriate ripeness are chosen, washed, peeled and made into chunks or any other forms according to the client specifications, dewatered and frozen using IQF. The chunks are then sieved, inspected, weighed, packed and transferred to cold store at -18⁰C.
