The new polymer cement-based waterproof coating material of Shun'an is made up of organic polymer liquid and inorganic powder imported from Germany. It combines the high elasticity of organic materials and the durability of inorganic materials. It forms a high-strength and tough waterproof coating after coating. This new material can be perfectly integrated with the cement base surface. It is a common material for household waterproofing.

Scope of application

• indoor and outdoor cement concrete structure, mortar wall structure wall, ground;

• Waterproofing of the bathroom, kitchen, floor, balcony, pool floor and wall;

• Used for smearing treatment before laying stone, tile, wooden floor, wallpaper, gypsum board, to prevent moisture and salt pollution.

Two parts of flexible waterproof features:

1. It can be applied directly on the wet substrate.

4. Strong adhesion to substrates such as concrete and masonry.

Base surface (substrate) treatment:

• The substrate must be strong, smooth, clean, free of dust, greasy, wax, mold release agents, and other debris;

• If there are voids, cracks and unequal defects on the base surface, it must be repaired and smoothed with cement mortar in advance. The expansion joint is recommended to be repaired with Shunan Joint Seam King. The joints must be coated with a layer of non-woven fabric. filling;

• The inside and outside corners should be smeared in a circular arc (or V shape);

• Ensure that the substrate is fully wet but has no clear water;

• Newly poured concrete surfaces (including plastering surfaces) should be allowed to dry completely before application.

Instructions:

1. Pour the liquid material into the container first, then slowly add the powder, and stir for 3-5 minutes until a uniform slurry without powder and pellets is formed; (preferably using a mixer).

2. brushing: brush directly brushed on the base surface with a brush or roller brush, the force is evenly used, can’t be missed brush; generally need to brush 2 times (depending on the use requirements), the thickness of each brush does not exceed 1mm; The first time after slightly drying, the next time the brush is applied (just not sticky, usually 1-2 hours apart), the vertical cross brush is applied, the total thickness of the brush is generally 1-2mm; if the coating has been cured, coated When brushing another layer, first moisten with water.

3. Maintenance: After 24 hours of construction, it is recommended to cover the coating with a damp cloth cover or spray water.

•Inspection (closed water test): In the bathroom, pool, etc., please dry the waterproof layer (at least 24 hours in summer and at least 48 hours in winter) for 48 hours to check whether the waterproof construction is qualified. Lightweight walls must be tested for water spray.

Notes

1. The construction temperature should be between 5 ° C and 35 ° C;

2. The slurry after the adjustment is used up within 1 hour;

3. It is recommended to use the product Shun’an tile adhesive if put porcelain tiles on the waterproof layer.

4. When using, do not mix water or other materials into this product;

5, the storage temperature of the liquid component can’t be lower than 5 ° C;

6. Before construction, please read the construction instructions carefully to obtain reliable and satisfactory construction results;
