 1.Warranttee: 12 months after start up however max. 14 months after delivery except wear-parts and heaters. All service included repeated engineer service and brolen spare parts are ex works. Garrantte/Warrantee only under the assumption that original parts/machines from CEMT are used/installed. 

2.Shipment time request of the machines: After the machine is ready in seller`s factory(included the machine is ready,but the mould is not ready because the buyer can not offer the requested drawings or samples), the buyer should make the balance payment and arrange the shipment within one month,after one month,if the buyer can not make the payment and shipment,  the seller has the legal right to use the machine,  the advance payment belongs to the seller automatically. The buyer delayed to make the payment after one month of the machines  readiness in the seller`s factory, the seller can penalty 0.5% per day on total value of order, meanwhile , the buyer  need to pay USD 10 per suqare meter per month of ready machines. 

3.Installation and commissioning:Buyer is responsible for the machines installation, if buyer asks seller to send engineers to buyer’s factory to commissioning the machines,buyer should have necessary utility for commisssioning the machine( like water,air,electric),otherwise the commissioning charge will be charged seperately for idlely waiting because of shortage of utility, and buyer bear the following cost: Round-trip tickets , hotel accomodation, meals, transport and subsidy during seller’s engineer staying in buyer’s factory,the subsidy is $150 / person / day during seller’s engineer staying in buyer’s factory.
