What payment terms can you offer?

- Naturally it depends on the sales condition (Incoterm)… Let´s see:

• EXW Warehouse: 100% payable before delivery. Why?: We´ve got stocks of all products offered and they are ready to go, so the lead time between the purchase order and actual delivery is extremely short. Literally within hours.
• FOB (port) /FCA (border): 30% in advance – 70% when the cargo is ready, right before delivery. Why? The advance payment locks the deal and merchandise. Meanwhile, we make all the proper arrangements with your international transport agent, book shipping turn, etc. all of which take a few days. The balance payment is requested about 7 days after the advance payment, when the delivery arrangements are confirmed.
• CIF (sea ports): 30% in advance – 70% when cargo is ready, right before delivery. Why?  All of us need to make sure you receive the original documents in time to avoid costly charges at destination port. You don´t want to run against the clock considering: 1) Bank wires take up to 3 business days to complete, 2) Courier services take up to 6 business days to deliver the documents at your address depending on the country. We then we have 6 business days in case any amendments or extra docs are required J

 Would you be willing to offer commercial references?

- Yes, we will connect you with at least 4 of our clients or partners that can tell you about us much better than we do.

Can you send me product samples?

- Absolutely!.  We will do It literally within hours.  Note, that due to the volume of samples we have to send each week, freight/courier cost to overseas destinations are charged on the recipient. Don´t gimme that long face!, we promise to discount your freight expenses from the sales invoice so that you can recoup your money... Deal?  J

But hang on, how do I know if I can import these products to my country?

- As soon as we get a demand from a country we have not exported to before we make sure though our customs agents and APHIS that we comply with all the phytosanitary and customs regulations at destination. First things first!

Can you provide product analysis and certifications?

- Yes. Our latest lab analysis as well as quality certifications are there for you. Just ping me and I´ll send them right away.

Do you require a minimum purchase order?

- Fortunately we don't. You can order any desired quantity and we´ll be happy to deliver it to you overseas, or to any of the 50 states in the US.

How do I know whether the product will get to me in good condition?

- Having a delivery arriving with problems, thousands of miles away it is not fun. Not for you, and definitely nor for us. So believe me we make sure every cargo is meticulously protected. How?

• We deliver in polypropylene bags with double layer…good luck trying to brake it
• Palletized cargoes are covered with 3 layers of plastic film, all around and on the top. Finally the pallet is secured with 4 plastic straps (see pictures in product description)
• All Full Container Loads are protected against water condensation by fully covering the interior walls and foor with a layer of corrugated cardboard and a layer of plastic film (see pictures in product description)
•  All our cargoes carry an insurance policy against any contingency during transport
