Process flow of Calcium Silicate Board Production line-Slurry preparation

1. Put reinforced fibers, Asbestos, Pulp and other raw materials are mixed in to pump beater, continue mixing until qualified.

2. Transfer the Slurry to Bucket type slurry storage tank, string constantly to keep uniformity, then slurry will be pour to the running carpet, the slurry will be keep stiring, then is adhered to the rotating blanket and via dehydration by empty tank vacuum, after pressing the forming cylinder, the material layer is wrapped on the forming cylinder, the material layer is constantly thickened and dehydrated to form a certain thickness of the billet.

3. The extruded mixed water is collected in the pit, then it is transported to the mixed water tank through the return water pump, the sedimented mud is put back into the pump beater and mixed with raw materials.

4. The blank stays on the flat billet connecting machine, the suction cup of hydraulic vacuum stacker lifts vertically up and down, and the suction cup sucks up a template from the template trolley, The trolley moves forward, and the transverse cutting blade connected to the frame cuts the blank transverse edge, the sucker drops, the suction die sucker places the template on the stacking trolley, the sucker rises after the suction plate sucker absorbs the slab, the trolley moves backward, and the sucker drops; The blank is placed on the template of the stacking trolley, the suction die sucker again sucks up a template, rise, complete a vacuum stacking and stacking cycle.

5. The remaining material from the cutting edge is transported by the conveyor belt of the billet receiving machine to the return mixer, which is stirred in the return mixer and sent to the bucket type slurry storage tank for reuse.

6. Push the stacked plate and mold trolley into the steam curing room for maintenance, and push out the curing room for demoulding after a certain period.

7. The stripper separates the slab from the formwork and places a steaming pad on a certain number

8. Push the slab with the steam curing plate into the steam curing kettle for high pressure curing for a certain time.

9. After Autoclave, the slab will be into the drying room, drying to remove the moisture in the shift

10. Sanding and Griding machine will handing the next process, then make the slab to the required specification.

11. After inspection, Calcium silicate board now is done.
