Return roller: used to support the conveyor belt, there are parallel, V-shaped and anti-V-shaped. V-shaped and anti-V-shaped rollers can reduce the possibility of conveyor belt deviation, and V-shaped and anti-V-shaped rollers are used together to form a diamond-shaped end face, which can effectively prevent conveyor deviation. Transitional idler: installed between the roller and the first group of idlers, which can make the conveyor belt spread out in a groove or groove step by step, so as to reduce the additional stress caused by the groove extension of the edge of the conveyor belt. At the same time, prevent the loose material phenomenon when the conveyor belt is unfolded.
