Dry-type transformer applies epoxy resin cast process instead of
immersing iron core and windings in insulation oil. It consists
of iron core made of silicon steel plates and epoxy resin cast
coils. Insulation cylinder and other insulators between high and
low windings are placed to increase electrical insulation. Its
cushion blocks can support and restrain the coils, and its
fasteners have anti-loose function. Without using insulation oil,
dry-type transformer is fire-proof and explosion-proof, easy to
maintain and has high reliability, low partial discharge and long
operation life. After vacuum treatment and positive pressure,
there is no bubble between turns and layers, and it can greatly
reduce the amount of partial discharge. Also, it owns the
advanges of small volume, low weight, low noise, high operating
efficiency, save room and easy installation.
