The extruder machine has been specifically designed by Atiyesazan Negin Faraz Co. for production of highly-digestible feed for livestock, poultry, and aquatic animals. The machine works using steam and extremely high pressure (200 bar). Therefore, hydrocarbons are broken down under high pressure. Hydrocarbons decomposition improves the digestibility of feed, sterilizes it, and increases its shelf-life.

Atiye Sazan Negin Faraz Company extruders are supplied in two models, i.e. single-shaft and double-shaft. The machines are manufactured in different capacities from 1 ton to 20tons per hour (t/h) in accordance with the consumer’s needs. Extruder machine contains a homogenizer-feeder tank, and DDC, all of which are made of stainless steel material for food industries, and are equipped with electric motors with special drives, gearboxes, a set of cylinders, shafts, screws, and a set of cutters together with PLC system, and control panel.
