Introduction
Double Teeth Roller Crusher has two teethed rollers. The roller surface has big (or small) wolf tooth, ring tooth, straight tooth, big board tooth and other kinds of tooth. It is suitable for the feed size less than 1200mm and finished product size is 10-300mm crushing operations. This crusher is fit for less powder and more granules coarse crushing and secondary crushing requirement.
This crusher can be applied to the following occasions: power plants, coking factory crushing coal, breaking raw coal of coal mine, steel industry breaking coke, petroleum coke crushing in coal chemical industry, electronics industry crushing silica, carbon industry crushing carbon block, solar industry crushing waste glass, concrete industry crushing lime and asphalt, or in the similar industry and so on.
According to customer requirement, the driving mode is divided into triangular belt and shaft coupling. The driving power can be made by electric motor or diesel engine.
Working Principle
Double teethed roller crusher has two wear-resistant tooth rollers. The two rollers rotate relative to bring into high pressure to crush materials. The material enter into the space between the two rollers, suffered both extrusion and shear force. Under the function of roller’s rolling, cutting and grinding, materials are crushed into the required size and then sent by the transport equipment.
