Steeply inclined belt conveyor has such advantages of universal belt conveyor as simple structure, reliable performance and convenient maintenance, and also has big obliquity, compact structure, covering small space. Having been improved in hoister height and conveying amount, it is widely used. The sidewall cleated conveyor belt consists of baseband, cleat and sidewall. The baseband belt is the same as common conveyor belt in the appearance, but the horizontal strength is bigger. The sidewall takes the shape waves, and the cleat varies in Type T, Type C and Type TC as per the section. Type T applies when beta <= 40 deg Type C applies when beta > 40 deg and the feed has good fluidity; Type TC applies when B > 40 deg and the feed has big viscosity.
