DGS-50Z CNC automatic tapping machine is independently developed and manufactured by CNPOW itself.

1.Pitch Synchronization
The screw pitch of the lead screw on principal axis synchronizes with the screw pitch of the screw tap, and in this way, the processed coupler will be with good thread tooth shape and at the same time, it solves the problems of the concentric reducer in processing the thread, thus improving the product quality.
2.Easy Operation
When processing couplers with different screw pitches, it is only necessary tochange the left and right lead screws and the nuts on the principal axis which means that you just use the lead screws and the nuts with the same screw pitch of the processed coupler and adjust the left and right axis to equal altitude. It is simple and convenient and there is no need of the operation of multiple equipment, which reduces users cost of production equipment and sites.
3.Components
The machine drive uses spiral gear reducer,the feeding is pneumatic.Centering chuck is clamped by the hydraulic-drive.This not only reduces the demand for air source, but also improves the stability of clamping work piece. The failure rate of the machine is low, and it is easy to find the failure and debug, which greatly improves the production efficiency of the machine.
